I’m Rafaela Almeida, a Product Designer based in Seattle with 10 years of experience in e-commerce. I have practical experience in user-centric research (usability tests, benchmarking, card sorting, user interviews), interfaces and prototypes (new design systems, interface accessibility, front-end limitations, ultra-detailed documentation and specs), and structured information architecture (wireframes, user flows, site maps).

I’m passionate about crafting intuitive and delightful digital experiences. My journey through different companies and meeting people from various backgrounds has given me a vision of how design can move us and help us go beyond our limits.

In the early stages of my career, I applied design thinking practices to solve problems. It’s not just the methodology that makes everything easier, but how the process inspires you.
